seasoned Penn DB with proven run support and senior-leaning experience
Victor Davanzo has been a durable, experienced defensive back for Penn, with roster records showing him as a 6'2" junior in 2004 and senior in 2005, plus a notable tackle line in Penn’s 2004 game log (3 solo tackles, 3 total). His differentiator is old-school defensive reliability: size, willingness to tackle, and the kind of steadiness that coaches trust in the secondary. The biggest fit question is ceiling rather than toughness—he projects as a dependable depth piece or situational DB who brings maturity, physicality, and low-drama consistency.
