a veteran UC Davis forward who brings defense, rebounding, and steady two-way reliability
Kayla Konrad is a seasoned UC Davis forward whose value has long come from toughness, rebounding, and defense; she earned Big West All-Defensive Team honors in the 2020-21 season and has been a dependable interior presence for the Aggies.[11] Her earlier seasons showed real production too, including a 2021-22 campaign with 8.0 points and 4.8 rebounds per game, which is the kind of balanced, glue-player stat line that helps winning teams.[3] If a roster needs a physical, experienced forward who does the dirty work and doesn’t need the ball to matter, Konrad fits the bill.
