Merinio Dendoe brings old-school disruption from the interior
Merinio Dendoe is a veteran Morgan State defensive lineman with proven production and a niche that translates: in the 2022 season, he played in every game, logged 19 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, a sack, a QB hurry, and a fumble recovery. At 6-foot-1 and 294 pounds at the 2023 CFL Global Combine, he showed workable size with strong raw power, and his profile suggests a sturdy, assignment-sound trench player who can bang inside and make some sneaky-impact plays. He’s the kind of line piece that fits a physical defense looking for effort, experience, and interior toughness.
