Louisiana Tech’s Hard-Nosed, Pro-Ready Frontcourt Standard
Millsap is one of Louisiana Tech’s all-time differentiators: a physical, high-IQ forward who built an NBA career on rebounding, defensive versatility, and relentless effort, with career NBA averages of 13.5 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. His game translated because he does the little things well—screens, board work, help defense, and toughness—and Louisiana Tech retired his No. 24, which underscores his legacy and impact. If you value grit, maturity, and a player who raises your team’s physicality and competitive edge, he is a clear fit.
