Proven Cal scorer with pro experience and size on the wing
Bird is a 6'6" guard/wing who was a reliable scorer at California, finishing his Cal career with 1,227 points and averaging 14.3 points per game in the 2016-17 season[8]. He is a smooth, efficient shot-maker with pro-level experience, which can translate into immediate offensive impact for a team needing a mature perimeter threat[6][8]. The bigger context: he has moved through multiple international leagues since Cal, so the key question is fit—he offers scoring polish and veteran feel, but teams should weigh current form and role stability rather than relying on his college résumé alone[1][2][5].
