Erik Dandy brings proven WKU linebacker pedigree
Erik Dandy’s profile is defined less by raw stats and more by proven championship-level pedigree: Western Kentucky’s archives note he earned Gateway Football Conference Defensive Player of the Year recognition, and contemporary profiles list him as a WKU Hall of Famer, 2x All-American, 3x All-Conference linebacker, and 2002 1-AA national champion. That combination suggests a player known for high-level production, consistency, and defensive IQ — the kind of fit teams want if they value leadership, credibility, and a linebacker who has already performed on a big stage.
