Jack Curtis brings toughness, versatility, and leadership to VMI’s linebacker room
Jack Curtis is the kind of linebacker teams like VMI value: physical, resilient, and known for playing with a high motor and strong mental toughness. Publicly available coverage emphasizes his perseverance and leadership qualities more than flashy stat lines, including recognition tied to courage and resilience after overcoming adversity. That makes him a fit for a defense that wants a dependable, hard-nosed contributor who can anchor the middle, set the tone, and elevate the room even when the box score doesn’t tell the whole story.
