Anthony DiPaula brings proven leg talent and size to Rhode Island’s punting job
DiPaula profiles as a dependable, physically sturdy specialist with a track record of field-position production, including a 2013 Rhode Island outing where he averaged 42.7 yards on six punts and handled kickoffs at 64.8 yards per attempt. He was also a nationally noted high-school kicker recruit, which points to a strong leg and multi-phase versatility. For a team, the appeal is straightforward: he offers experience, leg strength, and the kind of specialist profile that can quietly swing field position.
