Villanova’s Heather Scanlon Brings Size, Passing Feel, and All-Around Support at Center
Heather Scanlon is a 6'3" Villanova center whose game stands out more for balance than flash: she combines respectable scoring and rebounding with passing touch and defensive activity, and ESPN lists her at 4.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game with 37.7% shooting[1]. Villanova’s own roster bio also points to a versatile stat line—rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks—suggesting a connector-type big who can help in multiple phases rather than dominate a usage sheet[5].
