JD Rogers brings left-handed pop and defensive value for UCF
Rogers is a left-handed outfielder who has shown real pop in limited college action, including a home run in 2025 and a .960 OPS that season at Vanderbilt, but his playing time has been sporadic. He stands out for athleticism, strong defensive reputation from his prep profile, and a history of handling quality pitching rather than being just a one-tool bat. For a team, he looks like a useful depth piece with upside if he can turn brief flashes of power and on-base ability into consistent at-bats.[2][4][6][9]
