Rob Watsabaugh brings Wyoming-level coaching pedigree and proven program experience
Rob Watsabaugh is best known for his behind-the-scenes value: he spent seven seasons on Wyoming’s men’s basketball staff and helped the Cowboys reach a 25-10 record and the NCAA Tournament in 2014-15, plus a CBI title in 2016-17. That profile suggests a coach who understands winning standards, player development, and how to fit into a structured team environment. For a program looking for basketball IQ, accountability, and someone who has seen high-level college success up close, he’s the kind of name worth caring about.
