Howard’s KJ Henderson brings linebacker size with junior-year experience
KJ Henderson is a 6-foot, 200-pound junior linebacker for Howard in the 2024 roster data, and his profile suggests a developing defender with useful college experience rather than a fully proven star yet.[2][5] The big differentiator is fit: he has the frame to handle linebacker work and the kind of roster status that usually points to a player still climbing into a larger role, which makes him more of a projection than a finished product.[2][10] If a team wants upside, depth, and a player who can grow into the position, Henderson is worth a look; if it needs an instant stat-sheet demon, the public record here does not show that yet.[1][2]
