Low-usage, high-motor depth piece with size and defensive upside
In the 2024-25 season at FIU, Lauren Stewart played 20 games and averaged 4.5 minutes, 0.3 points, and 0.3 rebounds per game, which points to a reserve role rather than a featured scoring load[7][10][12]. Her best selling points are size at 6-foot-1, early varsity experience, and a reputation for work ethic and team-first play from her recruiting background[3][7]. She looks like a fit for teams needing a disciplined, low-drama glue player who can compete physically, defend, and bring energy without demanding touches[3][7].
