Terra Stapleton brought Michigan size, rim protection, and low-block toughness
In the 2014-15 season at Michigan, Terra Stapleton was a classic interior presence: 6-foot-4, built to defend the paint, rebound, and provide low-post size when the Wolverines needed it.[1][2] As a freshman, she played in 15 games and averaged 0.8 points, 0.2 rebounds, and 0.1 blocks per game, with a season-best six points on perfect shooting against Penn State.[1][3] Her value wasn’t flashy—it was size, shot-blocking pedigree, and hard-nosed rebounding from a high-school résumé that featured 18.1 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 4.5 blocks per game.[2]
