Brynn Belstle brings ace-level strikeout production to Georgia State
Belstle enters Georgia State as a high-upside freshman pitcher with a proven power arm: in her senior season at New Franklin, she posted a 1.18 ERA with 215 strikeouts in 112 innings, and her school record totals climbed to 718 career strikeouts and 14.2 strikeouts per seven innings.[2] She also adds real two-way value with a .457 batting average as a senior, plus strong intangibles—conference MVP honors, academic leadership, and multi-sport competitiveness—that suggest a poised competitor who can help a staff immediately.[1][2]
