Jc Frias brings gap-to-gap pop and run-producing juice to Iona’s infield
In the 2025 season, Jc Frias showed he can be more than a placeholder bat: he posted a .361 on-base percentage and a .413 slugging mark in Iona’s team statistics, then backed that up with multi-hit, multi-RBI moments in key games, including a three-hit, four-RBI outing against Seton Hall[4][7]. He looks like a confident, middle-of-the-order type who can punish mistakes, draw walks, and chip in with steady infield defense, even if the pure batting average hasn’t always screamed star power[4][12]. If your team wants an infielder who competes, can lengthen an inning, and has some sneaky thump, Frias is worth a serious look[3][4].
