From Illinois State WR to Elite QB Coach & Recruiter
McCarty's playing career at Illinois State (2006-2007) as a wide receiver was modest, but his post-college trajectory tells the real story. Since 2008, he's become a powerhouse recruiter and quarterback guru, placing 512 high school players on NCAA scholarships across D1, FCS, D2, and D3 programs, with 5 clients now starting in the NFL. His no-nonsense recruiting approach, vast coaching network, and hands-on QB training (from middle school through NFL level) make him invaluable for programs seeking player development and scholarship placement expertise rather than on-field performance.
