Dashiell Carson brings depth and a development-friendly arm to UMES
Carson is a 2026 Maryland Eastern Shore right-handed pitcher whose value is more about projection and roster flexibility than headline-grabbing stat lines; UMES lists him as a sophomore pitcher, and available 2026 analytics show limited usage so far rather than a defined statistical profile. The key takeaway: he looks like a pitcher who can grow into a bigger role, especially on a Hawks staff that needs arms with upside. For a team, that means a potentially useful developmental pickup if you want a coachable, local-fit arm rather than an established frontline starter.
