veteran UC Davis linebacker with proven tackling chops and special-teams grit
Forrest Ferguson is a sturdy, experienced UC Davis linebacker who has shown production and durability; in the 2015 season, he posted 39 tackles as a freshman, and the roster profile lists him at 6-foot-2 and 228 pounds in 2016, which fits a physical, inside-the-box presence. He’s the kind of player who should appeal to teams valuing toughness, instincts, and role reliability more than flash, though the available public data is limited and doesn’t show recent 2026 stat lines. ESPN and UC Davis roster sources still list him at linebacker, reinforcing that his profile is built on steady defensive value rather than headline-grabbing hype.[1][2][3]
