Markei Guy brings veteran ball skills and physicality to UT Martin’s secondary
Markei Guy is a long-tenured UT Martin defensive back whose game has been defined by versatility, toughness, and playmaking—he contributed as a cornerback, wide receiver, and kick returner during his Skyhawk career, and historical stat lines show impact plays like interceptions, pass breakups, tackles, and even blocked kicks. In the seasons documented, he flashed real coverage instincts and big-moment ability, which is exactly the kind of profile that can tilt close games. He looks like a fit for teams valuing experience, discipline, and multi-phase value over raw flash.
