Kyla Allison brings scoring punch and veteran steadiness to Western Carolina
In the 2022-23 season, Kyla Allison was Western Carolina’s go-to guard, averaging 13.7 points and 4.6 rebounds per game, while scoring double figures in 20 of 27 appearances and topping out at 25 points in one game.[1][5][9] She earned second-team All-Southern Conference honors from coaches, third-team recognition from media, and an Ann Lashley Inspiration Award nod, which says a lot about her impact beyond the box score.[5] A 6-foot guard with a mature game, she’s the kind of player who can stabilize an offense, defend multiple spots, and bring a high-IQ, dependable edge to a roster.[1][2][7]
