Reliable Citadel veteran with a rare scoring cameo
In the 2023 season, Ben Brockington was a steady, experienced Citadel offensive lineman who appeared in all 11 games, helping anchor a rushing attack that averaged 123.4 yards per game. He brings the kind of tough, low-drama value coaches love: durability, line-room experience, and enough versatility to be remembered for a 29-yard touchdown catch in 2022, a quirky but telling sign of athleticism and trust. If you want a hard-nosed, proven interior piece who shows up every week and fits a physical run-first identity, he’s exactly that.
