Petersburg HS Center Poised for Nicholls Colonels Leap?
Keenan Mason, a 6'10" senior center at Petersburg Crimson Wave High School (VA), averaged 0.7 points, 0.5 rebounds, and 0.3 assists per game over 12 games in the 2025-26 season—modest stats reflecting limited touches on a developing squad, but his towering frame and top-21 Central region ranking signal untapped rim-protecting potential. Reliable sources like MaxPreps highlight his physical differentiator as a classic project big with rebounding upside; ideal for Nicholls Colonels if they seek a raw, high-ceiling post ready to bulk up and dominate the paint in the SLC.
