Calvin Camp’s all-purpose punch made him a Charlotte difference-maker
Calvin Camp has been a compact, slippery back for Charlotte, and in the 2022 season he averaged 9.7 yards per carry, a school record for a single season, while finishing with 193 rushing yards and 4 rushing touchdowns despite limited volume[1][6]. Charlotte’s own records note he reached 1,007 career rushing yards and once closed a game with a career-high 111 rushing yards and 3 scores, which tells you he could flip a game fast when he got daylight[1]. He looks like a fit if you want burst, versatility, and a back who can turn a crease into fireworks rather than simply grind out a pile of carries[1][13].
