Wake Forest’s 6-foot-8 lefty Ryan Bosch is emerging as a high-upside bullpen weapon
In the 2026 season, Bosch has flashed immediate value for Wake Forest: he’s delivered multiple scoreless relief outings, struck out five in 2.1 no-hit innings at Virginia, and was credited with the win against Liberty while showing a lower-90s fastball, sharp slider, and plus changeup. At 6-foot-8, he brings nasty angle, obvious projection, and real swing-and-miss traits; the bigger question is consistency and workload as he continues settling into college ball. If your team wants a long, athletic left-hander with starter-level upside and bullpen certainty right now, Bosch is a fun one.
