Jawun Ruffin brings proven big-play burst to Lamar’s receiver room
Jawun Ruffin profiles as a **vertical threat** with proven explosiveness, showing a strong **16.8 yards per catch** on **19 receptions for 319 yards and 2 touchdowns** in the available Lamar stat line, which suggests he can stress defenses downfield and turn limited touches into chunk gains.[2][5] At 5-foot-9, he is more of a quick, separation-based receiver than a big-bodied possession target, so his fit is best for an offense that values speed, timing, and space creation.[4][5]
