Lamont Sanders brings veteran guard experience to UMES
Lamont Sanders is a Baltimore-born guard for Maryland Eastern Shore whose college profile shows he has played in multiple stops, including UMES and Adams State, giving him a seasoned, adaptable résumé.[1][4] In his 2020-21 season at Enterprise State, he averaged 17.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists, shot 50.3% from the field and 40.6% from three, which points to a scoring guard who can stretch defenses and create pressure on the ball.[5] For a team, he looks like a fit if you want older-guard steadiness, shot-making, and a player with proven offensive aggression rather than a pure pass-first floor general.[2][5]
