The Citadel’s hidden-yardage punter with proven leg strength
Vanvick’s calling card is reliable field-position control: in the 2016 season, he averaged 42.3 yards per punt, ranked second in the Southern Conference and 16th in FCS, and logged a long of 65 yards. He also showed consistency as a multi-year starter, with career punt average marks cited at 39.6 yards and 135 career punts on his ESPN profile. If you want a punter who can flip the field, handle volume, and has already shown all-conference-level pop, Vanvick is exactly the kind of low-drama, high-impact special teamer you want.
