proven edge presence with a nose for splash plays
Mike Vomhof is a disruptive Colorado State defensive end with a track record of making quarterbacks uncomfortable, including 35 sacks and 1 forced fumble in the available career stat line tied to the program’s historical player page. His game profile suggests a reliable edge producer rather than a flashy volume tackler, which is exactly the kind of trench presence that translates well if your defense values pressure, toughness, and steady assignment discipline. The main takeaway: he looks like a fit for a team that wants a hard-nosed, proven pass-rush piece who can win with effort and consistency.
