Versatile Tennessee Tech TE with Untapped Athletic Upside
Heath Price, a 6-1, 195-pound tight end for the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles, stands out as a former two-star athlete (247Sports rating 70) from Watertown, TN, who played QB, WR, and FS in high school, bringing multi-positional versatility and explosive athleticism to the FCS level. His senior-year Hudl highlights showcase speed and agility that correlate with elite performance metrics per research (e.g., higher vertical jumps link to impact severity in studies), making him a high-motor mismatch weapon ideal for teams seeking developmental TEs with big-play potential and injury-resilient build—perfect fit for programs building depth.
