Northwestern CB with Explosive HS Pedigree, Hampered by Back-to-Back Injuries
Keith Watkins II, a 5'11", 196-lb senior cornerback for the Northwestern Wildcats, brings elite high school credentials—2,149 rushing yards and 28 TDs as a senior at Moeller HS (6.9 YPC)—translating to physicality and ball skills at CB, but he's been sidelined for two straight seasons by training camp injuries, limiting college impact. His intensity and versatility shine in limited reps, making him a high-upside developmental prospect for teams needing athletic DB depth who can bet on health; watch for a bounce-back in 2026.
