Georgia WR with depth-chart mystery and no clear 2026 production trail
Greg Lanier appears to be a former Georgia wide receiver rather than a current impact player, with available records showing him only in older roster/stat listings and no verified 2026 on-field production. That means the big takeaway is not a stat line, but context: there’s no reliable evidence he’s part of Georgia’s current receiver rotation, so he doesn’t profile as a present-day fit for a team needing immediate WR help. If you’re evaluating upside, the intrigue is largely historical rather than current.
