Russell Leedy brings reliable depth and steady DB play to Brown
Leedy is a **battling, assignment-sound defensive back** who gave Brown dependable snaps in 2024, appearing in all 10 games and finishing with **15 total tackles**. Brown’s roster notes suggest he fits best as a steady, coach-trustworthy piece rather than a flashy stat-stuffer: the value is in his availability, consistency, and ability to stay on the field. He looks like a solid fit for a program that wants a **disciplined, low-mistake DB** who can contribute in rotation, special teams, and sub-packages.[3]
