veteran Southern guard with a proven Jaguars footprint
Melody Brewington is a Southern University guard whose value looks less like flash and more like steady, team-first reliability; public game logs show she was in the rotation for Southern as far back as the 2017-18 season, which suggests real program familiarity and experience[2][3]. She profiles as the kind of player who can help with structure, poise, and accountability—useful traits for a team that wants a composed guard who understands the college game and won’t get rattled when possessions get spicy.
