Joe Milton III brings rare arm talent, but he’s still a high-variance QB project
Milton has the kind of **big-time arm strength** and playmaking juice that can flip a game quickly, but his pro sample shows he is still a **work in progress** as a consistent passer. In 2025, he completed 15 of 24 throws for 183 yards, 1 TD and 2 INTs for Dallas, after flashing better rhythm and footwork in his 2024 Patriots finale, when New England noted a strong completion-over-expectation mark. He fits best for a team willing to develop upside and tolerate mistakes; if you want instant polish, he’s not that guy.
