Lean, live-arm RHP with Southern Miss upside
Cade Durbin is a right-handed pitcher for Southern Miss in the 2026 season, listed at 6-foot, 165 pounds, with Baton Rouge roots and a Parkview Baptist background.[1][3] The appeal is projection: he brings a compact frame, a pitcher’s build, and the kind of arm profile that can keep adding velocity and command as he matures—exactly the sort of developmental swing college staffs love. If your team wants a high-upside arm rather than a finished product, he’s a sensible fit; the tradeoff is that the real selling point is future growth, not a long stat sheet yet.[1][3]
