Virginia-Bred DB with Untapped Speed, Limited College Production
Cequan Jefferson, a 5-10, 163-lb speedster from Richmond, VA (4.67 40-yard dash, Class of 2013), signed with Virginia Tech out of Henrico HS before a post-grad stint at Fork Union Military Academy and a brief Temple Owls appearance in 2014, but shows no verified stats or recent play with Stony Brook Seawolves. His differentiator is elite quickness and two-way high school versatility as a CB, ideal for slot coverage or special teams, though small frame and injury/gap history raise durability flags. Scout for developmental upside if you need agile DB depth—high motor, local grit, but unproven at FBS/FCS level.
