Experienced Iowa Offensive Lineman with Big Ten Recognition
Andy Kuempel is an offensive tackle from Marion, Iowa who enrolled with the Hawkeyes in 2005 and earned Big Ten Player of the Week honors during his tenure. A veteran presence along Iowa's offensive line, Kuempel was part of the program's experienced group competing in the late 2000s. His combination of multi-year playing experience and conference-level recognition suggests he developed into a reliable, physical blocker capable of handling Big Ten competition—a valuable asset for any program seeking a proven, battle-tested lineman.
