Joseph Wilson remains a steady LSU-Southland back with proven red-zone value
Joseph Wilson’s profile at Southeastern Louisiana is built on compact, reliable production: in the 2021 season, he logged 11 carries for 58 rushing yards and a touchdown, plus two catches for 35 yards, including a nine-carry, 54-yard, one-score performance against Northwestern State.[2] The appeal is straightforward—he has shown he can finish drives, contribute as a receiver, and play within a run game without needing a feature-back workload.[2] For a team wanting a disciplined, lower-drama depth piece with touch-count upside, Wilson is the kind of back who can quietly do useful work.
