Bria Broughton brings size, grit, and veteran presence to Alcorn State
Bria Broughton is a 6-foot-2 center for Alcorn State whose game has been defined by physicality, rebounding, and efficient finishing around the rim; in the 2020-21 season, she appeared in 16 games, shot 40.0% from the field, and contributed 10 rebounds and 8 points across 76 minutes. She also arrived with a reputation as a strong post player and rebounder from high school, where she earned all-district honorable mentions and rebounding recognition. If a team wants a hard-nosed interior presence who plays with experience and toughness, she’s a fit.
