Macie Howes is Kennesaw State’s two-way spark at the plate and behind it
In the 2026 season, Macie Howes was one of Kennesaw State’s most impactful players, leading the Owls in batting average, home runs and RBI while also setting the program record for runners caught stealing. Her profile screams value: middle-order pop, run production, and elite defensive control at catcher that changes how opponents run the game. She was also a Second Team All-CUSA pick for the second straight year, which fits the eye test—tough, productive, and reliably disruptive. If you want a catcher/first baseman who brings both juice and backbone, she’s a strong fit.
