Dramane Camara is a 6-6, high-upside guard who gives Norfolk State length and versatility
Camara’s 2024-25 role at Norfolk State was still developing, but his profile is intriguing: a 6-6 guard with NBA Academy Africa and DePaul experience who brings uncommon size for the backcourt, plus a reputation for staying ready and competing hard. In the 2024-25 season, he averaged 2.0 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 0.3 assists per game, and early 2025-26 stat tracking showed a limited early-season role, so this is more about upside than box-score noise. If a team wants a long, switchable guard with developmental runway, he’s a fit.
