Justin Campbell brings efficient, high-upside production to NCCU’s backfield
In the 2024 season, Justin Campbell gave North Carolina Central a useful burst in the run game, finishing third on the team in rushing with 131 yards on 26 carries and leading the Eagles’ running backs with a 5.0 yards-per-carry average; he also added kick return value with 15 returns for 225 yards.[8] That combination of efficiency and special-teams versatility makes him more than just a depth piece, especially for a team that wants a back who can help in multiple phases.[8] I could not verify a deeper injury or personality profile from the available sources, so the clearest takeaway is his practical, do-the-job utility.[8]
