Jalen Henderson brings playmaking juice to Morehead State’s secondary
In the 2024 season, Jalen Henderson showed legit ball skills for Morehead State, finishing with 10 tackles, 4 pass deflections, 2 interceptions, and a pick-six-style impact with 78 kickoff return yards added on special teams[1][5][13]. The big takeaway: he’s not just a DB who tackles—he’s a momentum swinger with return value, instincts, and early-game confidence, having opened his Division I run with back-to-back interceptions[13][15]. At 6-foot, 180 pounds, he profiles as a competitive, versatile defensive back who can help a team looking for disruptive playmaking more than pure size[1][8].
