Scott Machado remains the Gaels’ all-time table-setter
Scott Machado’s Iona profile is built on elite playmaking: he finished his Iona career as the program’s all-time assists leader and, in the 2011-12 season, averaged 13.6 points, 9.9 assists, 4.9 rebounds, 1.6 steals, and shot 49.5% from the field. He’s the kind of guard who tilts the floor with vision, pace, and toughness rather than flashy scoring bursts. If your team wants a steady engine who can run an offense, create for others, and compete hard every possession, Machado is a strong fit.
