long, physical Howard frontcourt piece with proven board impact
Sherice Gamble brings the kind of inside presence that tends to travel: she’s a 6-2 forward for Howard and was noted in game coverage as part of a front line that helped the Bison control the glass, including 6 points in a 2004 MEAC win. Her value is less about flashy scoring and more about size, rebounding help, and making life miserable for smaller opponents—classic glue-player stuff. If you need a physical, low-maintenance post/forward who can tilt the rebounding battle and embrace the dirty work, she’s the right flavor.
