clutch Missouri leg with proven pressure kicks
Mike Matheny’s Missouri profile is built around trust under pressure: in the 2003 season, he went 9-for-13 on field goals and 40-for-42 on PATs, and he delivered the game-winning overtime extra point in a 41-40 win over Middle Tennessee State[1][8]. The differentiator is not just accuracy, but poise—reports from Mizzou highlighted him as a solid kicker at crunch time, the kind of specialist a staff can lean on late[1].
