Kevin Schmidt brings size, polish, and low-volume efficiency
Schmidt is a 6-8, 220-pound forward who, in UCLA’s 2007-08 season, appeared in four games and showed efficient touch by hitting both of his field-goal attempts and 3-of-4 free throws.[3] His value profile is built more on size, shooting efficiency, and a strong high-school résumé than on heavy usage: he was a first-team WCAL selection, led his prep team in scoring and rebounding, and was named his school’s most outstanding athlete.[3] For a team, he profiles as a developmental frontcourt piece rather than an immediate stat-stuffing difference-maker.[3]
