Dayton’s veteran, high-IQ interior anchor with academic-minded grit
In the 2013 season, Grant Georgic was a senior offensive lineman for Dayton who had started seven games at center after previously backing up there, bringing veteran stability and versatility to the Flyers’ front. He also earned three PFL Academic Honor Roll selections, which hints at the kind of disciplined, dependable presence coaches love in the trenches. He was a team captain and MVP at Buckeye Valley, with first-team all-conference, all-county, and all-district honors plus Second Team All-Ohio recognition, so the résumé says “leader” as loudly as the tape likely did.
