Marquan Baker brings depth and upside to Bethune-Cookman’s secondary
Marquan Baker is a Bethune-Cookman DB worth watching because defensive backs are valued for their coverage instincts, tackling reliability, and ability to travel in space — traits that often matter as much as raw stat lines in the 2026 season. Publicly available current stat detail for Baker is limited, so the best read is that he profiles as a developmental piece whose value comes from discipline, physicality, and how well he fits a defense that needs dependable back-end play. For a team, he looks like a fit if you want a DB with upside, special-teams usefulness, and the kind of gritty, assignment-sound presence coaches love.
